Karin Kuhn and the Kerr Lake region have gone hand in hand for more than three decades. Licensed in both Virginia and North Carolina, Karin assists buyers and sellers throughout the entire Kerr Lake area on both sides of the state line.

After relocating to the Clarksville area from the Northeast in 1989, Karin and her family made this community their home and raised their daughter here. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of the local real estate market and the many communities that surround Kerr Lake.

Today, Karin works with clients looking for everything from small-town homes to rural country properties and, of course, lakefront and lake access homes around Kerr Lake, also known as Buggs Island Lake.

Kerr Lake is a 50,000-acre lake with hundreds of miles of shoreline, offering a wide range of real estate opportunities. Clarksville is the only town located directly on the lake, making it a central hub for waterfront living and recreation in the region.
