Karin and Kerr Lake Region. The names have gone together for over three decades! I am licensed in both Virginia and North Carolina so that I can assist you on both sides of Kerr Lake Region. I look forward to the opportunity to show you our 50,000 Acre “playground” also known as Buggs Island Lake. I provide showings by land as well as by lake! I relocated to this area from the Northeast in 1989. We have raised our daughter here. I show and sell ALL Listings in our Region.
