Next you will have to make an offer in writing to the seller. When you make your offer, some things you’ll want to consider are:
- How you will finance the home
- The down payment amount
- Inspections that need to be performed
- Any repairs that need to be made
- The terms of cancellation
- The date you plan to officially take ownership of the property
Before the closing, we will re-visit the property. If there are any outstanding issues we will address them before we close.
