Our area
With a population of around 1,500, you truly experience small town charm in Clarksville, VA. Folks greet you as you stroll downtown. Clarksville is the only Lakefront Town in Virginia. It is the gateway to the 800 miles of shoreline on Kerr Lake. The downtown buildings reflect the architecture of its early 1800’s roots. We are home to Lake Fest in July, which is consistently ranked one of the top 20 events in the South East. A wide variety of Fishing Tournaments take place on Kerr Lake. It is always fun to stop at Occoneechee State Park during Tournaments ‘weigh-ins’ to see the catch of the day!
We are within drive time of Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill NC, Richmond and Virginia Beach VA. Many folks from Northern Virginia and DC have weekend homes here too!
